What is stored

When you place an order, the following is saved in the licensing database:

• Email address, so the license key can be delivered
• Name and Discord handle, if you provide them
• Order reference, plan, amount and status
• License keys issued to you and their expiry

What is not stored

No card details pass through this site. The extensions keep their working data in your browser; it is not uploaded.

Analytics

This site runs no third-party analytics and sets no tracking cookies. The only cookies used are for admin sign-in.

Feedback board

Posts on the feedback board are public, including the display name you choose. The email you attach to a post stays private. Votes are counted against a salted hash of your IP address and browser, never the address itself.

Donations

Tips are handled by Ko-fi under their own privacy policy. Nothing about a tip reaches this site.

Deletion

Email hello@microbot.web.id to have your customer record removed. Active licenses are revoked at the same time, and all purchases are final and non-refundable.
