Common questions

How do I activate a license key?

Open the extension options page, paste the key and press Activate. The key is bound to your account, so you can move it to another machine as long as you stay within the device limit of your plan.

Can I use one key on several browsers?

Each plan lists how many devices a key covers. If you need more, ask and I will raise the seat count on your existing key instead of selling you a second one.

What happens when a subscription ends?

The extension keeps working in free mode. Paid features stop until the license is renewed. Nothing is deleted.

Do you take refunds?

All purchases are final and non-refundable. License keys are delivered digitally and cannot be returned once issued, so check the product page requirements first and ask me anything before you order. If something is broken, report it and it gets fixed.

Can I support the project without buying?

Yes — tips go to ko-fi.com/microbotool. They are voluntary and do not include a license, but they pay for the time spent on the free tiers.
